Jiří Král has gathered experience worldwide not only as the captain of Czech national chefs team. He sets a modern and world fusion direction to the Aureole Restaurant, Jiří serves the traditional recipes from all around the world in lighter version with piquant Asian accent.
Jan ZemanManaging Director
Jan is the right man for his job. His career in gastronomy goes for more than 25 years with the Master sommelier Court education. He gained experience serving the most demanding clients at the overseas cruise ships. He worked in luxurious Chateau Mcely boutique hotel, followed by sommelier post at the Grand Cru restaurant. Before coming to us, Jan was the restaurant manager at Oblaca restaurant.
Gabriela KotlínováEvent Manager
Gabriela has been working in services for more than 20 years specializing in tourism and hotels. Recent years she spent organizing corporate and private events in family hospitality company. She also developed her own activities of a networking concept, where she lead business clubs and networking meetings. She adds great value with her sophisticated client approach and high standards for the final event execution.
