New Summer Menu
Chef de cuisine Jiří Král has created new summer menu for you. Summer days ask for light meals, so you will find lot of fish based meals as refreshing ceviche, traditional French Bouillabaise, tartar variation or langoustine tail that is one of the Aureole Signature Dishes.
Meat lovers will also find their choices, we highly recommend Black Angus beef brisket or the very traditional steak offer. Vegetarians will also find their dishes.
And last but not least the sweet ending through desserst, be it refreshing sorbets or light raw passionflower tart. For the true gourmands our pastry chefs prepared Crème Brûlée and chocolate cake B52.
